Celebrate with us as The Mountaineer honors 40 rising stars of our community.

To nominate someone for 40 Under Forty complete the form on this page. Then in 200 words or less, explain why the nominee is worthy of the honor (see link below). Self-nomination is allowed, but each nominee will need two letters of support (use link below, email, or fax). One from a workplace colleague or supervisor and another from a community organization.

Nominees must live or work in Haywood County.

40 Under Forty nominees are judged on their business success and/or achievements as an active member of the community. Colleagues/Superiors are encouraged to concentrate their comments about the nominee on his or her work success. Members of the community should concentrate on the nominee’s efforts in service to the community.
